This year, USAA is celebrating 100 years of serving the military community and the Call of Duty Endowment reached an amazing milestone of placing 100K veterans back into high-quality jobs after their service. USAA started with a promise: a commitment from a group of soldiers who vowed to take care of their own. Today, we continue honoring their legacy, nurturing careers on a foundation of service, honesty, loyalty and integrity.

So if you’re a service member starting the journey of transitioning into civilian life, we’ve got the resources you need to find your fit.

We support programs such as VetLeaD, connecting newly hired veterans with mentors in USAA’s senior leadership ranks, helping them develop the business expertise they need to succeed.

For those nearing the end of their military service, you can join the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program to pick up skills for the civilian workforce. The six-week paid Military Spouse Fellowship Program is an opportunity to build networks and gain localized job experience.

At USAA, you’re part of a team that stands apart from other companies in serving the military community. It’s because we know where you’re coming from.
