"The leadership, initiative, and creative problem solving veterans draw from their military service has the potential to transform organizations that hire them."
- Dan Goldenberg, Executive Director, Call of Duty Endowment

Dan Goldenberg was appointed as the full-time Executive Director for the Call of Duty Endowment in March 2013.

Goldenberg, who currently serves as a commander in the Navy Reserve, brings to the job 23 years of active and reserve military service and more than a decade of business experience – most recently serving as Sr. Vice President of Growth Partnership Services at Frost & Sullivan, a global research and management consulting firm, and prior to that as a senior director and practice manager at CEB. Highlights of his military service include tours as a commanding officer, carrier-based naval flight officer, and special assistant to the Secretary of the Navy.

Goldenberg is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Harvard Business School and the Air Command and Staff College. His strong personal connection to veterans and understanding first-hand the impact they can have in the civilian workforce will drive the Endowment’s efforts to place veterans into high quality jobs.
