On Thursday, March 2nd, the Call of Duty Endowment gathered in New York City with many prestigious organizations for the 3rd Annual Social Good Awards Breakfast to celebrate the most innovative and impactful campaigns of last year.
The Call of Duty Endowment was humbled and proud to accept the Cynopsis Social Good Award in the category of Nonprofit/Corporate Partnership! We were in a category with some incredible semifinalists who have done some amazing work this year, including Blue 449 & GLSEN, Discovery Communications & American Heroes Channel, Logo & GLAAD, National Geographic & DAVIDOFF Cool Water, SapientNitro, UP TV, Nickelodeon & UNICEF, MTV & Taco Bell, and WWE & Susan G. Komen. The award acknowledged our partnership with Best Buy for the Race To Prestige, an around-the-clock, relay-style video game marathon where all the proceeds go directly to our work to help veterans find employment!
We are so grateful for the incredible support from Best Buy, gamers and our partners Activision, Call of Duty, Treyarch, Infinity Ward, and Sledgehammer Games. Without their support, the Race to Prestige would not have been possible.
