Call of Duty Endowment Local Non-profit Recognition Contest

This holiday season, the Call of Duty Endowment is partnering with radio stations in 12 regional markets across the country in order to recognize local non-profit organizations that are gong above and beyond to assist veterans within their local community. To nominate an organization to be recognized on the radio for their great work and to receive a $1,000 grant from the Call of Duty Endowment, and a special edition Call of Duty Endowment dog tag, send a message containing 500 words or less with the following information to the email address below corresponding to that organization’s market:

  • Name of organization.
  • Email address of organization.
  • Phone number of organization.
  • Organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  • Organization’s mission statement.
  • Brief (2-3 sentence) description of why organization deserves recognition.

Contest ends on Friday, December 28 at midnight ET.   Winning organizations will be notified in the first quarter of 2013.

No submissions will be accepted after December 28, 2012. All submissions should be 500 words or less and include the following information above.

Only 501(c)(3) organizations will be considered at this time. Winners will be chosen on a rolling basis through the month of January 2013. The winner will receive a $1,000 grant from the Call of Duty Endowment and a special edition Call of Duty Endowment dog tag. One winner will be chosen from each of the following cities:

The winner(s)will be chosen by the Call of Duty Endowment’s Advisory Council, which is made up of 11 veterans from all branches of the military.
